The driver simulators function as an interactive, real-time simulation system that uses software and multimedia assets to generate a 3D virtual environment measuring 15×15 km and 30×30 km. Within this environment, the driver operates a vehicle (APC) across a proving ground, in urban areas, and on intercity roads under various conditions. The vehicle cabin mockups are mounted on 6-DOF dynamic electromechanical platforms.
